It's been raining off and on all day in New Orleans! There were thunderstorms and tornados in Rayne, Louisiana, that destroyed quite a few homes. I'm glad there were no more injuries than there were. It's supposed to be a pretty day tomorrow for the Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball. I sure hope so! We had two big top tents put up for the cooking tent and a place to have our chili/margarita party and it turned out really nice to have it, but it is sure whipping around in the wind!! I hope the weather where you are is better than this! At least it's not very cold! Only supposed to drop into the low 40s. Have a great night!!

I heard about the tornadoes. A woman was killed in Rayne. Sad news.
